At Teton Mills, we have been harvesting and milling quinoa since the early 2000s. We saw quinoa as an opportunity to provide farmers with a nutrient-rich, gluten-free crop that thrives in Idaho. Quinoa is versatile in its ability to be ground down to flour or repackaged for sale. This unique crop provides a great opportunity for all farmers.
Teton Mills Idaho Quinoa was started as a dream to provide a gluten-free crop for Idaho Farmers to raise. With low commodity prices and corporate farming moving in we wanted to provide small farmers in the area with a crop that would give them a good return.
